VIP activities may occur up to 3-4 hours before the show, please plan accordingly. The original purchaser must show their ID at VIP check-in to redeem the package elements. All attendees need both a show ticket and a VIP package to attend VIP programming. No parental escorts without their own package allowed. Ticket Exchange & Refund Info: The postponed 2023 Postmodern Jukebox show at The Parker has been rescheduled. Original tickets will be valid for the new performance date on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in your same seat location. No action is required if you plan to attend. If you are unable to attend the new performance, you can either exchange to the second performance on Monday, April 1, 2024 or request a refund.

Refunds must be requested at the original point-of-purchase by no later than October 5. Log into your Ticketmaster account for more info on how to request a refund by email or chat.
