The The Parker strives to make each patron’s stay one of complete comfort and satisfaction. We offer a variety of services to improve your visit.

Website Accessibility
The The Parker is committed to ensuring that individuals with disabilities enjoy full access to our websites.  In recognition of this commitment, we are in the process of making modifications to increase the accessibility and usability of this website, using the relevant portions of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 (WCAG 2.0) as our standard.  Please be aware that our efforts are ongoing.  If, at any time, you have difficulty using this website, or with a particular web page or function on this site, please contact us by phone 954.462.0222, through our ticketing partner’s TDD line (Telecommunications Device for the Deaf) at 800.943.4327 or email and we will make all reasonable efforts to assist you.

Hearing Devices
Our Assistive Listening Devices are available for all performances through our Guest Services team. Assistive Listening Devices are available at the main entrance of the theater. There is no charge for the device, but a valid major credit card is required for use.

Special Seating
Special seating locations for persons with disabilities may be purchased in advance by calling 866.730.1006. Accessible seating is also available for purchased online. If you have any questions, please Contact Us using our online form or by calling 954.462.0222, press 3.

Face Coverings
Face coverings must be worn by all guests age two (2) and over and must completely cover each person’s nose, mouth and chin. We cannot admit any guest without a face covering unless that guest provides each of the following: 

(A) documentation from a health care provider that the guest has a disability or medical condition that prevents the guest from wearing a face covering; and

(B) documentation from a health care provider dated within the three (3) days immediately preceding the event specifying that the guest does not pose any threat to the health or safety of other persons due to any reason related to COVID-19;

(C) an attestation regarding lack of  COVID-19 related symptoms; and

(D) a waiver and release of any claims by the guest related to contraction of COVID-19. 

For any guest who provides the above documentation, the Broward Center will provide reasonable accommodations by seating this guest in an alternative location where they can enjoy the live performance streamed to a large screen. Guests may only enter this area if they have provided proper documentation noted above.
