FLORIDA LAW - FIREARMS ON OUR PREMISES

Florida law requires that a person with a concealed firearm who is licensed or otherwise authorized by Florida law to carry the concealed firearm must be permitted to show such license or authorization by presenting proof of identification and such license or authorization, for verification, to an on-duty law enforcement officer. Any patron (other than a qualified law enforcement officer) in possession of a firearm will be asked to return the item to his or her vehicle unless the patron is authorized by Florida law to carry a concealed firearm. Florida law does not authorize patrons (other than qualified law enforcement officers) to carry a firearm: (a) on the portions of PACA’s premises primarily devoted to consumption of alcohol; (b) at any school or college event on PACA’s premises not related to firearms; (c) at any school-sponsored event on PACA’s premises or portion of PACA’s premises operating as school property.
